My old Palm Pilot survived a coffee spill at the Denver airport

I dropped my Treo 650 in a puddle of coffee near gate B24 last Tuesday, and the thing STILL turns on. I was sure it was toast, but I took the battery out, dried it with a paper towel, and let it sit overnight. It's been my daily calendar for 7 years now, and honestly nothing else handles my schedule this cleanly. Has anyone else had a PDA that just refused to quit after a spill?

Got a buddy who spilled a whole cup of iced tea into his old Handspring Visor at a diner back in 2003. He was too cheap to replace it, so he just took the back off, shook it out like a salt shaker, and left it on the dash of his truck for three days. That thing ran for another five years until the screen finally gave out, but the buttons still click to this day. He still jokes that the tea actually IMPROVED the battery life.
