That $30 password manager subscription saved my accounts after a data leak

I signed up for Bitwarden last year after my email showed up on haveibeenpwned. Cost me about $30 for the year. Last month my work login credentials got leaked from a third party vendor and I didn't even flinch because all my passwords were unique and randomized. Before that I was using the same password for everything like an idiot. Has anyone else had a breach happen and realized their security setup actually paid off?

Started using Bitwarden after my cat walked across my keyboard and locked me out of my bank account.

Man, that's a relief. Good call on the password manager.
