Spent $180 on a hardware key for my parents and it already saved them from a $3,400 scam
My mom in Cleveland got a fake Norton popup last week and called the number on it, and the guy on the phone told her to install remote access software while my dad watched. She couldn't get past the key I set up for them 6 weeks ago, so she called me instead and I walked her through closing the browser. $180 felt like a lot back in June, but is there a cheaper way to lock down two computers for people who click anything, or should I just add a second key?
