Disputed the charge with my bank and got the money back.

I mean, that's great for you but it's not always that simple. I've had a bank tell me I was out of luck because I waited too long to notice the charge. Sometimes they make you jump through a ton of hoops with paperwork. Maybe it's just me but I feel like they side with the big companies more often than not.
