I used the password manager's name in a phishing test" is a very specific scenario. Honestly, I'm not super sold on password managers. They're just a single point of failure. If someone gets into your manager, they have every key to every lock you own. I'd rather just use a few solid, different passwords I can actually remember and keep a physical list in my wallet. Less tech, less to go wrong.
