Had a surprisingly good day after a phishing simulation finally clicked for our team
We ran a phishing test last Tuesday at the small law firm I help out in Austin, and normally about half the staff clicks the fake link. This time, only 3 out of 22 people fell for it, and two of them reported it to IT right away. It felt like all those lunch-and-learn sessions on spotting suspicious emails actually stuck. Has anyone else seen a big improvement after running drills for a few months?

Happy for you guys, that must feel like a real win after all that effort. Seeing the numbers drop that much is honestly motivating.

Took me back to when I worked at a non profit in Portland and we ran our first phish test. The CEO clicked the link and tried to log in with his actual password lol. After a few months of doing it quarterly we got down to single digits too. @lunawilson it really does feel good when you see the training stick. The best part was one lady who used to click everything started sending us screenshots of every suspicious email she got even the obvious scams.
