Just realized my keycap puller was scratching every single switch
I was swapping caps on my tofu60 build last night and noticed these tiny little scuffs on the housings of my gat yellows. Turns out the cheap plastic ring puller I've been using since 2022 has a sharp burr on the inside edge. Grabbed a wire puller from keebsforall (the $8 one) and zero damage, full contact. Anyone else find out their basic tools were secretly wrecking their boards after months of use?

Turns out the cheap plastic ring puller" - those ring pullers are also known to warp keycap stems on tighter fits. The wire ones are better but you still gotta be gentle.
