I hit 1,000 grams of lube on my last build

I was lubing switches for a friend's board a few weeks ago and noticed I'd finished my third 5ml jar of Krytox 205g0. Added it up and realized I've gone through exactly 15ml total which is about 1,000 grams worth of switches. That's roughly 500 switches lubed by hand with a brush. Felt like a weird milestone, like I've officially put in the hours. Anybody else keep track of how much lube they've gone through?

That's actually a really satisfying number to hit, shows you've put in some real dedication to the craft. Hand lubing 500 switches is no joke, your wrist must be feeling that mileage by now. Solidarity on the hours spent, it's a weirdly good feeling to see that much work add up.

Your hands still cramping up? I feel that pain, did a big batch last weekend and couldn't grip my coffee cup right for two days. Worth it though, the feel is just different.
