Blew $60 on a custom coiled cable that clashes with my desk mat

Ordered a nice blue and white cable from a builder on Etsy last week, got it yesterday, and it looks ridiculous paired with my dark gray desk mat and orange keycaps, so now I'm trying to figure out if I should swap the cable or just buy a new desk mat has anyone else dealt with this kind of color mismatch after going all in on a build?

I saw someone mention on a build stream that lighting can actually change how colors look together way more than people expect. Tried taking a photo of my setup with flash on once and realized half my stuff clashed worse than I thought. Could be worth checking yours under different lighting before buying anything new.

Swap the light bulb color temp between warm and cool and see if it still bugs you.
