Got 2 paid members this week after I stopped posting daily and started posting one honest fail a week
I run a small woodworking channel and was burning out chasing the algorithm with a video every day. Posting one real mistake video every Friday got me $14 in memberships from 2 people in 5 days, so has anyone else tried filming the mess instead of the finished build?

Buddy of mine does the same thing with his cooking vids, but instead of fails he films the stuff he burns or drops on the floor. His views tanked but the few people who stuck around actually pay him now, so there's something to it.
