Heads up: A random prompt cost me my novel chapter
I picked a prompt generator with a bug and it wiped my document. Had to rewrite everything from memory. Do you test prompts on copies of your files?

PromptGen 2000 must have been designed by a bored coder with a grudge against writers. It basically turned your creative session into a digital crime scene. I can picture the blank document staring back at you, all innocent-like. Now you have to rely on memory, which for me is like trying to catch smoke. This is why my writing process involves saving every five seconds. Trusting tech with your masterpiece is like giving a toddler your car keys.

Read about a similar app that ate someone's novel last week.

Ever thought about saving drafts in separate files? I always make copies before testing new tools. Lost a project once and learned the hard way.
