Collapsed a jib in 20 mph wind last spring near Nashville

I was running a 100-ton Terex on a bridge job near the Cumberland River. Wind came up fast and I didn't reef the hoist lines tight enough before lunch. The jib buckled sideways when I went to swing back into position, took out a section of guardrail. Had to get a 150-ton out of Knoxville to lift the mess off me and the whole job got pushed a week. Anyone else had a jib fold on them from not cinching down right?
