A site supervisor told me my lift plan was too loose after I dropped a beam 3 feet last Tuesday
He said I had too much slack in my tag lines and after tightening them up I haven't had a single wobble since, has anyone else had to adjust their rigging based on someone yelling from the ground?

Read a report last year that said loose tag lines cause like 40% of wobble incidents on job sites. Your guy was right to call it out.
