Worst week I ever had was this past February

I had three color corrections back to back in one week and my hands were wrecked by Thursday. The first client wanted to go from black box dye to platinum blonde which took almost 6 hours by itself. Then on Wednesday a bride came in with a home dye disaster that was bright orange and she needed it ash brown for her wedding in 3 days. By Friday my wrists were so sore I could barely hold my blow dryer. Has anyone else had a week like that where your body just gave out on you?

Gotta wonder if this is just the way it goes now with how much pressure we put on ourselves to be perfect all the time. I see it at my place too people coming in wrecked from trying to do everything at once and their bodies just tapping out. It's like we forgot we're not machines that can run on fumes and caffeine forever. Maybe next time your wrists scream at you it's a sign to start saying no to stuff that'll break you down.

Honestly, is it really that deep? You had a rough week, your hands hurt, you pushed through it.
