Finally got my first client to refer 3 friends in one month
Last month I had this woman come in for a balayage, she was super nervous cause her last stylist messed it up. I took my time, walked her through every step, and used a different sectioning pattern than usual. She sent me 3 of her coworkers this week, all booked for cuts and colors. Anyone else see a jump in referrals after nailing one tricky client?
