Client asked for 'trim' then screamed I ruined her life

Last Friday in Tulsa, a regular sat down and said she just wanted a dusting off the ends, so I took maybe half an inch. Then her sister walked in, saw the length, and yelled that I butchered her for a wedding this weekend. Has anyone else had a client flip because someone else in their family overreacted to a tiny trim?

Grabbed my cousin's dog for what I thought was a quick nail clip and she acted like I shaved him bald. Turns out she was just stressed about the wedding she was planning, took it out on me and the poor pup. Some people just need a target when they're freaking out, you know?
