Oh man, that's the worst. I keep a mini bottle of that same spray in my emergency kit now, it's saved me more than once.

Yeah, that humidity is no joke. I actually think @diana_park has the right idea with the mini bottle, but I'd skip the Elnett for super humid days. It's great for normal stuff, but you need a true strong-hold hairspray, not just a finishing spray, when it's really wet out.
