That superintendent's warning about form oil paid off in Tulsa
A superintendent I subbed under last spring kept telling me to use the expensive release agent on our tilt-up panels, and I thought he was just being bougie about the budget. The cheap stuff I'd always used left those nasty blotchy stains on the concrete, and we had to grind down three panels before the owner's rep flagged it. Has anyone else found that the pricier form oil actually saves you money on rework, or did I just get lucky with a good batch?
