Serious question, the concrete guy on my job in Fresno poured 40 yards without checking the forms, and I found out at lunch
Last month we had a slab pour at a warehouse off Shaw Ave and the foreman, Dave, told me everything was set. Turns out nobody checked the anchor bolt layout and we had 6 bolts sitting 3 inches off center. We spent the whole next day drilling and epoxying instead of starting steel. Has anyone else had a sub just skip the pre-pour checklist like it's optional?
