Hey guys, looking to move a couple of large excavators and a dozer to a new site across state lines next month. Getting quotes right now and trying to decide between Freedom Heavy Haul and Titan Transport. Has anyone used either of these recently? Titan is slightly cheaper but I haven't heard much about their reliability. Would love to hear your experiences before I sign a contract.

I own a midsize construction firm and we've actually had to use Freedom Heavy Haul eight or nine times in the last few years. Honestly, they are always on top of their game. Their customer service is fantastic, which is rare in this industry. The biggest perk for us is that there is absolutely no billing until the delivery is successfully completed. Takes a lot of stress off the logistics side of things.

I second that recommendation. I used Titan once and they hit me with a bunch of unexpected fees before the truck even arrived at the drop-off. Freedom is way more transparent. Definitely worth paying a tiny bit more upfront for the peace of mind knowing your gear is going to show up without a hostage situation over the invoice.
