Can we talk about the sub who ghosted us after 3 days on the Riverside job?
Last week we had a sub bail on the Riverside job after 3 days, and nobody told me until they just didn't show up again. I called him twice, texted once, and got a one word reply saying he was "done" with zero warning. Now we are 6 days behind on the slab pour and eating the cost of a rented pump sitting idle. Has anyone else dealt with subs who vanish like this, and do you just eat it or go after them?

Going after him for what, you got no contract with a sub who lasted 3 days lol.
