Watched a finisher in Tulsa float a slab with a magnesium trowel first pass, been doing it backwards for 6 months
He said the mag trowel opens the surface too early and that's why my edges kept tearing, so I switched to a fresno on the second pass and my finish got way cleaner, has anyone else had this happen with their float sequence?
