We watched the mix start setting up 20 minutes into finishing last week in Phoenix. Now I keep a second jug of retarder on the truck no matter what the ticket says, what's your go-to dose when it's 108 out?

Buddy of mine dumped three ounces in his truck drum last August in Mesa and it still went off on him before he got the screed back. He swears by a half dose at the plant plus a jug in the chute now.
