How my grandma's tech questions changed from printers to passwords

She used to ask about paper jams, now it's all about resetting logins.

Honestly, the password thing hits home. My dad just got locked out of his email because he forgot the answer to his security question. The question was "what was your first car," and he put in three different models he owned. Turns out he typed "Ford Truck" back in 2010 when he set it up. Now he's got to call some support line. It's a whole new layer of confusion on top of the old printer stuff.

From my view, it's not really a change, just MORE stuff to figure out. Printers are STILL a huge headache, now with password chaos on top.

Read joelharris's point about printers still being a headache. I am truly shocked that basic printer issues never got fixed. My grandma spent years battling paper jams, and now she faces constant password resets. We have added new tech problems on top of the old ones. It feels like a step backward for someone just trying to keep up. The chaos must be so frustrating for her generation.
