The one Thursday I closed 3 retail leases in Columbus and it felt like a fever dream
I've been doing strip center leasing in Columbus for about 6 years now. Last Thursday I had three different tenants call me back ready to sign within 4 hours of each other. One was a vape shop near OSU, another was a Jamaican restaurant in a converted gas station, and the third was a cell phone repair kiosk in a dead mall. I didn't even chase any of them that week, they just came out of nowhere. Total commission on that day was around $12k before splits. Has anyone else had a day where the deals just land in your lap like that?

Blew out a 360 yesterday. Best round in months. Can't explain it, just felt the ball off the clubface different. Those days keep you coming back.

Oh man, that's incredible! I was just reading this thing about how sometimes it's not even about technique, it's more like your brain finally quiets down and lets your body do what it already knows how to do. Like the swing just flows without you thinking about every little part. That feeling where the ball feels completely dead off the face but just launches perfectly, yeah I know exactly what you mean. Those rounds are why we keep coming back even after the bad ones where you lose like 4 balls in the woods.
