Spent $800 upgrading HVAC in my strip mall and tenants still complain about temperature
I manage a small strip mall in Akron and decided to replace the old rooftop units with high efficiency ones back in June. Figured it would save on energy costs and keep everyone happy, but now three tenants say it's too cold in the mornings and too hot by noon. The thermostat settings just don't seem to match the real feel inside each unit. Has anyone else dealt with balancing temps after a swap like this?

Did you try paying a kid to stand by the thermostat and yell "Warm" or "Cold" depending on the time of day? I’m kidding, but honestly I’ve got a similar setup and I just gave up trying to please everyone, now I just keep the thermostat in the middle and let them complain. It’s cheaper than therapy.
