Spent 3 hours chasing a zoning variance that was posted on the county website all along
I was going back and forth with the planning office about a parking ratio exception for a small retail strip in Portland, and then a tenant casually sent me a PDF they found in 5 minutes that had been approved 6 months ago, so has anyone else had the city straight up not tell you something was already resolved?
