Rant: pipe burst in my strip mall unit on New Year's Day, insurance still hasn't paid the $32k claim
The plumber said the pipe had been failing for months and nobody caught it because the tenant never filed a single maintenance request. Anybody else deal with a commercial claim dragging past 90 days, and did you lawyer up or just wait it out?
