Just saw a report that office vacancy in Phoenix hit 25% this quarter

I was reading a market report from a local brokerage firm and that number really jumped out at me. It's way higher than I expected given all the talk about people moving to Arizona. Are other markets seeing this kind of disconnect between population growth and office demand?

That 25% Phoenix vacancy is wild. Guess all those new residents are just working from their pool floats.

Man I bet those pool floats are getting more use than half the living rooms in Phoenix right now. The whole work from anywhere thing really changed the game for places like Mesa.
