Just realized my landlord's HVAC guy was the problem, not the unit at my shop on 5th
I was standing in my groom room at 7am last Tuesday with wet dogs and no cold air when the compressor kept short cycling, and the guy my landlord sends out every year kept saying it was low on freon and adding a pound instead of finding the leak, so I paid $340 out of pocket for an independent guy from Mesa who found a cracked schrader valve in about 10 minutes, and now I'm wondering if anyone here has gotten a landlord to reimburse them for repairs like that or if I just ate the cost.
