I compared two shopping center anchor strategies and the grocery anchored ones beat the discount store ones every time in my market.

After tracking 15 properties across Charlotte over the past 2 years, the grocery anchored centers held 92% occupancy while the discount store anchored ones dropped to 68%, and I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing that same gap in their area?
