My pull list binder finally tore apart after 8 years of cons
I've been hauling the same three-ring binder to conventions since 2016 to keep my pull list and sketches organized. Last weekend at a small show in Columbus, the spine cracked and pages scattered across the floor near the dollar bins. A guy next to me helped grab maybe 40 sheets before they got trampled, which was nice. But honestly, that binder was held together with duct tape and hope for the last 2 years. I ended up buying a cheap plastic clipboard and a folder from the vendor next door for like 12 bucks. It worked fine for the rest of the day, but I'm wondering how the rest of you handle long term storage for your con lists and notes. Has anyone else had a carrying system fail at the worst possible moment?

Man, that sucks! I always thought duct tape and sheer stubbornness was a legit strategy for con gear, but hearing about 40 pages scattering like that definitely changed my mind. Now I'm just paranoid about upgrading my setup before the next show.
