Wrote off the $18 Aeropress for 6 months, then a guy in Austin made me eat my words
I swore it was just a fancy plunger for people who hate real equipment, so I kept using my $200 setup and rolled my eyes at every post about it. Then last month a coworker in Austin handed me a cup he made with one at his desk and it beat what I pull at home, same beans, same roast date. Now I'm the guy defending a plastic tube, so where do you all land, is the Aeropress legit or did I just get lucky with that one cup?
