Traded my french press for a $9 Walmart pour over cone, weirdly better

Used to fight with my french press every morning for 4 years, dealing with sludge and a messy rinse. Picked up a plastic V60 knockoff last month and now I get a cleaner cup in under 5 minutes, anyone else ditch gear for the cheap route?
