The week my espresso machine broke and I learned to love pour-overs
My Silva died last Tuesday and I spent 4 days with just a $20 Melitta cone from Target. I actually had better mornings that week, slower and less frantic. Has anyone else had a gear failure that changed how you brew?

Instant coffee is rough, I had to drink it for a week once and it made me miss my French press so bad. @the_cora you're making me want to finally try a V60.
