That one Wednesday where every single shot pulled perfectly
I had this random day about 3 weeks ago at my shop in Austin. First espresso at 6am came out with perfect tiger striping and a 28 second pull time. Then back to back every shot for the next 4 hours was dialed in, no adjustments needed, which never happens. Even my coworker Sarah noticed and said it felt like the machine was reading our minds. Has anyone else had a day where everything just clicked like that for no obvious reason?

Feels like the coffee gods were just smiling on you that day, honestly. I've had it happen maybe twice in five years and it's like the whole universe just aligned for a few hours. Probably won't happen again for another six months but man it's sweet when it does.
