Spent $90 on a bottomless portafilter and now my counter looks like a crime scene
Thought I'd level up my espresso game and bought a bottomless portafilter last week. First pull shot coffee grounds everywhere. All over my white cabinets. My dog licked it off the floor and got the jitters. Now I'm cleaning grinds out of the toaster. Anyone else have a bottomless portafilter disaster or am I just bad at this?

Did you check your grinder setting? I had the same problem until I realized my beans were ground too fine for the bottomless basket. Took me three bags of wasted coffee before I figured it out.
