I always thought coffee was a morning thing, but a study I read changed my mind

I was reading an article from a university in Brazil, and it said the best time for coffee is actually between 9:30 am and 11:30 am. It's because of your body's cortisol levels... they're naturally high right after you wake up. So drinking coffee then can actually make you less sensitive to caffeine over time. I used to have a cup the second I got out of bed for years. I switched my first cup to 10 am last week, and I feel like it actually works better now. Has anyone else tried shifting their coffee schedule based on this?

What changed your mind? I was so sure about it that I'm almost disappointed to be wrong. Guess we both learned something new today.
