Finally picked between a Chemex and an Aeropress after 2 months of going back and forth
Went with the Aeropress because I only brew one cup at 6am before work and cleanup matters more than I want to admit. Three weeks in and I'm getting a cleaner cup than my old drip machine ever made, though I still wonder about that Chemex pour some mornings. Anyone here switch from Aeropress to pourover and actually stick with it?
