Blew a seal on my espresso machine at 6 AM today
Was pulling my morning shot in Austin. Heard a pop and steam went everywhere. Milk pitcher flew off the counter. Turns out the group head gasket was 3 months past due. Anyone know a good place to get replacement parts in a hurry?

Did you check the pressure gauge first? I blew one up because I didn't.

Blew a seal" got my attention. That pop and steam cloud sounds like the group head gasket let go under pressure. Most people don't think about the expansion tank bladder when this happens. If that thing's blown too you're just chasing leaks. Check your water supply pressure with a simple gauge before you even buy parts.
