Barista told me I was choking my pour over. Changed my grind size and water temp. Night and day difference.

Learned that lesson myself, once I dialed in the grind my coffee game changed completely.

Yeah dialing in the grind REALLY changed things for me too, had to stop guessing and actually measure my time and ratio.
