Snapped a 1/4 endmill on a Friday afternoon job and somehow still hit deadline

Last week I was roughing out some 304 stainless with a 3/8 variable flute and it snapped clean off on the third pass. Had to swap to a spare and redo the toolpath while the boss was breathing down my neck. @hayden720 is right about that deadline feeling though, you just scramble and somehow get it out the door.
