Finally figured out why my spindle bearings kept failing

Turns out I was running the coolant pressure way too high for the sealed bearings, blew out the grease in about 400 hours instead of the rated 6000. A tool rep from Haas told me to check the spec sheet after I showed him the damaged race, has anyone else had this happen with sealed vs open bearings?
