Took me 45 minutes to figure out why my cumulus pic looked weird
I kept getting this white wash in all my cloud photos and couldn't figure out why. Turns out the lens on my phone was just greasy from pocket lint. Has anyone else fought with cleaning their camera for cloud shots?

oh man, i feel this so hard. i spent a whole afternoon once trying to figure out why my sunset photos all had these weird streaks on them. i was wiping the lens with my shirt but it just smeared it worse. finally i realized there was a little patch of greasy fingerprint right in the corner from when i was eating fries and grabbed my phone. it's literally the most annoying thing and it happens all the time. now i carry a microfiber cloth specifically for cloud pics because nothing ruins a good shot faster than pocket lint.
