Is it just me or do lenticular clouds always ruin a perfectly good sky photo?
I was out near Mount Rainier last Tuesday trying to get a clean shot of some altocumulus, and then this massive lenticular cloud sat right on the mountain for 3 hours and blocked everything. It looked cool on its own but totally wrecked my composition. Do you guys try to crop them out or just lean into the UFO look?

Oh man, that's painful. I had the exact same thing happen at Mount Baker last fall. Waited almost two hours for this perfect sunset and then a lenticular just parked itself right in the middle of everything. Ended up just leaning into it and took a bunch of UFO looking shots.

Karenf40, I swear the universe does this on purpose sometimes.
