My electric bill in Phoenix dropped by $40 last month after I finally sealed the windows with that foam tape.
I spent a Tuesday afternoon doing it, and now I'm thinking about all the other little leaks in the house... has anyone else done a full home energy audit themselves?

My old apartment in Tucson had a draft so bad it would blow out a candle. Honestly, that foam tape is a game changer for old places.

Remember that foam tape can break down after a few years, thomas83. It gets brittle and loses its seal. For a draft that strong, you might need to look at adding a proper door sweep or even re-caulking the window frames.
