I swapped my gas mower for a reel mower 3 summers ago and just hit 500 hours of mowing without a single drop of gas
My neighbor Tom in Duluth laughed when I bought it at a garage sale for $40, but I've now cut my 1/3 acre every week for 3 seasons, saved maybe $180 in gas, and the only thing I've replaced is one $6 blade sharpening kit, so has anyone else made a switch like this and actually stuck with it?
