Bought an electric lawn mower instead of gas for my tiny yard in Portland

Gas mowers are way cheaper at the store but I went electric because of the fumes and noise from my neighbor's old one. It handled my 20x30 patch fine but the battery died halfway through when the grass was wet. Anyone else make the switch and regret it or love it?

And it's not just mowers either. EVERYTHING is moving to battery powered and half the time it's like they didn't even consider people who have Actual lawns, not a patch of grass. Feels like manufacturers just decided wet grass doesn't exist.

Wait, wet grass killed the battery halfway through @sagelane? That is insane for something you'd obviously have to mow in the damp Portland weather lmao.
