Vent: moved to Bay Village 4 months ago and my neighbor still waves at me like we're old friends

I moved from Parma back in May and this guy on Dover Center has waved at me every single morning since, even when I'm just hauling trash cans. Is this whole west side just like this, or did I accidentally move next to the friendliest man in Cuyahoga County?
