Spent $80 on a 'guaranteed' squirrel baffle for my bird feeder in Lakewood. The squirrels just laughed and did parkour.

Honestly, that "guaranteed" part is probably for the baffle not breaking. Squirrels are basically furry little geniuses, so a product working for most people doesn't mean it'll stop the local ninja. Maybe the mounting pole isn't far enough from a jump point, like a fence or tree branch.

Had the same issue with a baffle last year. I ended up adding a two-foot section of PVC pipe below it, slick side out. Greased it up with vegetable oil and that finally stopped the little acrobats.
